Transfiguration class in the Half-Blood Prince. They should have been trying to change the color of their eyebrows, but Ron accidentally sprouts a handle bar moustache. I wasn't exactly sure what a handlebar moustache looked like, so I did an internet search. There's a world wide Handlebar Moustache club! Looking at the photos on there it seems that anything goes.
