PIRATES! Look, its a happy, pretty pirate! I was experimenting with using colored pencils and then coloring over them with markers, and then trying some more colored pencils for extra shading on top. It wasn't quite what I expected and the last layer of pencils didn't really take, but I love the bright colors of it all! Inspired by Captain Jack Sparrow but is indeed NOT Captain Jack Sparrow (of the Pirates of the Caribbean.)
