Shortly after that quote, it states that Sir Nick looked quite pleased with the shocked looks on their faces. Here you see him, demonstrating his Nearly Heedlessness with a huge grin on his face. It took some re-reading to figure out where each of the characters were sitting, but I think I figured it out. If the image were extended starting in the left bottom corner would be Hermione, we then see Percy (smug grin!), Harry, Ron, and across the table through Nick we see Seamus, and to Nick's other side is Neville.
